A: We currently ship across Italy and selected international locations.

Q: How long does delivery take?

• Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location
  You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is shipped.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the hat is unused and in its original condition. Customized or clearance items may not be returnable unless defective.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. For other changes, please return the product and place a new order.
